Roslan Ghazali, Founder

Roslan Ghazali has trained more than 5000 participants in the area of change with respect to quality culture, kaizen and Total Quality Management. Since 1990 more than 300 Quality teams have been formed through his training and the teams trained by him won the NPC convention for the service award in 1995, 1997 and in 1998 the team won for overall NPC convention. He trained and brought one of the team (1995) to present in the International Convention for Quality Control Circle (ICQCC) in Yokohama , Japan.

Education

Bachelor of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Cardiff University, Wales.

MBA, Warwick Business School.

He was fortunate to study the implementation of kaizen and TQM in two organizations in United Kingdom i.e. Royal Mail & National Provident Institution for his master’s thesis.

Experience

Consultant to SIRIM in the area of Benchmarking, TQM and Management of Change.

Has worked in various organisation in the area of operation, marketing, production, human resource, strategy management and etc.

He was a licensed trainer in the “Seven Habits of Highly Effective People” during his years in TNB and has work with various foreign consultants and universities in area of change.

He has also traveled to Australia, Belgium, U.S, Japan and few other countries in his study for Total Quality Management, Culture Change, Benchmarking, Learning Organisation & Implementation of Quality Initiatives In Organization’.
